NAPSA Celebrates New Certified Sweeping Companies

The North American Power Sweeping Association Certification Committee is pleased to share that Maintenance Systems of Northern Ohio in Elyria, Ohio, as well as Griffin Parking Area Maintenance in Tampa, Florida, have passed the requirements necessary to be recognized as a Certified Sweeping Company (CSC). The certification process normally takes a few months and all certified companies work diligently to accomplishing the designation.

CSC applicants are screened in several areas including:
• NAPSA Membership Terms
• Number of Years in Business
• Industry Education
• Employee Practices
• Business Practices
• Vehicle Practices
• Insurance Information

In addition, applicants are required to sign the NAPSA Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethic’s requires commitments in the following areas:
• General Obligations
• Client Obligations
• Employee Obligations
• Safety Obligations
• Professional Obligations

The CSC designation is a great marketing tool. When displayed on documentation, websites and other marketing material, the CSC designation sets the company apart from other sweepers. Griffin Parking Area Maintenance and Maintenance Systems of Ohio have now earned this advantage!
All CSC sweeping companies can be found on the NAPSA Contractor Locator under their state and are listed as certified.
