Schwarze Industries: New Service Department Helps Customers Restore Fleets
Schwarze Industries, one of the world’s largest street and parking area sweeper manufacturers, announced in early September that they have opened a service department to help customers refurbish their existing machines back to OEM factory standards.
“Our new service department enables you to get the most out of your sweeper and keep the total cost of ownership as low as possible,” said Bobby Vaughn, Service Manager for Schwarze Industries. “Schwarze users can determine whether they want to refurbish the entire sweeper or just a particular section, based on their budget or time schedule.”
The program offers the benefit of factory-trained Schwarze technicians working with OEM parts that have the same warranty as on a new machine. “We understand times are tight,” said Vaughn. “Our goal with opening the department is to help customers protect their investments and allow them to keep pace with new technology. It’s an alternative solution to purchasing new equipment and a great way to simply maintain an existing fleet.
“And with the fall sweeping season almost under way, this is a great chance to get your sweeper back to OEM standards before the 2012 spring clean-up season arrives.”
