Operation Stripes for Veterans Franchise Promotion Giveaway

Returning Iraq and Afghanistan War veterans can win a Yellow Dawg Striping Pavement Marking Franchise worth $28,000.

With the Iraq/Afghanistan War veteran jobless rate climbing to 12.1 percent in 2011, Yellow Dawg understands that it can be hard for veterans to find a job after returning home. They would like to help by giving away a franchise along with a LineLazer 3900. They also hope that this promotion will help draw attention to this problem.

To Enter:

1 Qualified Iraq/Afghanistan War veterans should send a text, video or photo to the Yellow Dawg Striping Facebook fan page wall explaining why you should win a franchise. The preferred method is video links from YouTube to the Yellow Dawg Facebook page. You will then need to send an email to jack@YellowDawgStriping.com with your contact information (full name, home address, phone number, branch of service and service dates, type of discharge) and any other information you wish to share.

2 Share your entry with friends and family and ask them to “like” your entry.

3 The top 10 entries with the most “like” votes will be entered as finalists.

Qualified Iraq/Afghanistan War veterans are defined by Yellow Dawg as at least 21-years-old as of their date of entry, honorably discharged from the United States Military and served in Iraq or Afghanistan, or in direct support of Iraq or Afghanistan military efforts since 2003.

The promotion started February 10 and ends on May 21, 2012.

Founded by a veteran, Yellow Dawg Striping is the parking lot line striping division of Black Dawg Sealcoat and Blue Dawg Power Wash. They currently have seven locations covering eight states and are quickly adding more.
